Baby Bonus

Should the ATO advertise that only 30% of mums received the baby bonus for children born between 1 July 2001 and 30 June 2004. Maybe a few more will come forward and get their entitlements.
My youngest child was born on 2-Sep-2005 and we did not claim the Baby Bonus for that period - can we still lodge a claim to the Tax Office for that ? - please advise
Sorry, the rebate is for children born between 1 July 2001 and 30 June 2004. If you recieved the $3000 lump sum when your child was born, then that replaced this Baby Bonus.
